Ok, Time to email me so I can sign you into the Blog.
I'll be adding people to the Class Blog. This will enable all to view presentations, rough drafts and essays.
Some have done this before and should have few problems.
FOR THOSE USING BLOGGER FOR FIRST TIME:
After you email me, you will receive email inviting you to join. The email will have a link you'll click-through. When you get to the Blogger site, DO NOT CREATE A NEW BLOG! You'll need to review the page a bit to find the section for CREATE NEW ACCOUNT. Remember your sign-in name and password.
Many will create their posts using www.blogger.com as the main access point.
Two other options include:
- this Google Tool-Bar down-load:which puts an orange "B" on your explorer tool bar. When browsing you simply click the orange "B" and the page or highlighted section will be posted to the Blog.
- and FireFox browser users can down-load this extension. Right Click on a desired item to post and a Blogger window will pop up that you can edit as desired without entering Blogger's main site.
Either of these options may be more useful from your home PC than the class room's since the in-class systems auto-scrub themselves after log out.

Lady Diana Spencer's Lozenge, HRH William's Arms and Sir Winston Churchill's Arms
Lady Di was a Spencer, arguably a more English family than the Windor's, Prince Charles' family who arived in Britain the the late 19th century from Germany. The Spencer's bear the Escallope on the Bend sable. The Escallope is a symbol of distant travel on behalf of the realm, essentially an award for foriegn diplomacy.
The scallop also appears on the Label on the Arms and the Supporters of Prince William. The Label of three parts signifies William's first-born status as an heir to the British throne. His younger brother, Harry and any other grandchildren except Harry will have a Label of five parts.
According to Chris Puncher, the man who made the application this class has been using, this is the line of succession:
Prince Charles - being the reigning monarch's eldest son
Prince William - Charles' eldest son
Prince Harry - Charles' second son
Prince Andrew - the Queen's second son
Princess Beatrice - Andrew's eldest child
If one reviews these three achievements of the Spencer's and Sir Winston Curchill you can easily see their family relationships. I did not realize their familial relationship until I noticed the Quarterly Argent and Gules in the 2nd and 3rd Quarters a Fret Or over all on a Bend Sable three Escallops of the First. on Lady Di's and Sir Winston's shields.
In additon to the three Escallopes on Bend sable, 2nd and 3rd quarters, Churchill also has the Knights of the Garter belt surrounding his arms.

The link explains the symbolism of this Achievement, which incorporates many aspects of the ship's capabilities but relatively few of Sir Winston's , mainly his KG belt.

Heronimus Bosch Action Figures
HELMETED BIRD MONSTER This helmeted bird monster is pulled from the Garden of Earthly Delights. It's located in the lower right of this link. The monster is carrying a pencil box and an inkpot in its beak, in which the nun, decaying into a pig, is dipping her pen. A severed foot is swinging from the bird's helmet referring to the horrible corporal punishments which could be expected in hell. The pig, indeed an indictment against the decay of clergy life, is tempting the man who is sitting beside him and it appears that he is drawing up a contract. Is the man possibly selling his soul?
MONSTER PLAYING THE HARP This creature with its monstrous skull is riding on a peculiarly plucked goose-like creature. He is playing his harp, here as a symbol for one of the many temptations to which mankind is exposed and which Saint Anthony so bravely resisted. Even in those days, making music could apparently lead to lecherous behaviour.
Bizzare Action figures based on the paintings of Heronimus Bosch (+1516). Bosch painted demons and scenes from hell. Many of his motifs utilize heraldic symbols.
