- Alchemists posts are being graded on "substance vs links to substance", cites, originality, and illustrations are a bonus for this post. This is a Visual Communication class so I'll be expecting imagery in future posts.

If your post suggests clicking through for more information rather than taking the added step and providing a summary you have taken a short-cut. Summarize the essence of desired material from the link, and give proper credit as an integrated part of your post. Merely installing some "plumbing" that will take the reader to someone else's work isn't scholarship. If a post does have sufficient substance and you would like to include interesting links that go beyond the scope of your post, simply indicate that as the final word of your post.

Please consider these posts for what they are, journalism. They can be read by anyone. Put some work into your titles, don't use slang and use images with impact and taste.
